Gail Selby kicks the tires on Windows 7

When installing Windows 7, and before you begin trying to install old programs and devices that worked just fine on XP, be certain to stop and right click on the .exe or set up files.
Use the 'trouble shoot compatibility' and the 'properties' then click on XP and run as administrator.

That solves nearly every problem unless you try to install a Thermal printer.
My trusty ZEBRA (eltron) 2543 can easily be run as a Zebra 2844.
